It's a prototype at this stage, but it's on its way.

If Toffs cant agree with the club I am pretty sure they would sell these without the club badge! Add in the fact that there is a vector drawing for the original iron on one knocking around which means they could be made!

I spoke with them today, I think they may have solved any issues they had, they expect this to go live within a few days. Initially only in cotton fabric, but possibly at a later date in a more typical football shirt fabric.

Hope it's not as scratchy as the original!

As I said above, cotton in the first instance, then maybe at a later date in a more modern footie shirt fabric.

Just out of interest will it be available in a short sleeve version as well?

I didn't ask, they do the Newcastle away Bukta shirt with short sleeves and the home kit & third kit with long sleeves. Both the Hibs shirts they do are long sleeve. It might be something you could request from them, they seem to be pretty helpful.

The original was some type of sandpaper.

That fabric must by now be illegal! Toffs currently do a remake of Sheffiled Wednesdays home shirt from 1978/81 in 3 different materials, their normal heavy cotton, a lightweight cotton and a polyester fabric, I guess if there is enough demand for the Brighton shirt they might consider doing it in a range of materials (they said as much when I was speaking to them).
