Hangeland left Palace at the end of last season and believes the time is right to call time on his playing career.

While I doubt it will happen, not announced at 12 doesn't mean not signed at 12. Having said that I don't think we will sign anyone today. Hope Bruno does well at centre back tomorrow and we don't get any more defensive injuries.

Nobody new for tomorrow then. No chance the Ward rumour is true as you say. We already have Murphy who is experienced and reasonably proficient as a No.10 and at a push I think Knocky could do a job there in a 4-4-1-1.
Centre back is the priority as it seems Goldson may be out for a while (no news has always been bad news when it comes to the club reporting injuries).
