The hammer that they throw is great for LUZZING across a field, but I don't imagine it being any good as an actual HAMMER. It's going to be pretty ineffective at knocking nails in to a piece of wood.

So close to a potentially very serious accident. It was an incredible bit of skill to control the bike, and brilliant how nonchalant she was about the whole thing afterwards when interviewed.

That's what the Olympics is all about. Superhuman effort from Becky, brilliant.

My new absolute favourite sportswoman. Determined, articulate, humble and beautiful. She must have advertising execs at the big sports brands camped in her front garden.
