Child sexual abuse inquiry 'could last until 2020'.

Maybe the government should give Dulux a call? Who else is big enough to supply that much whitewash for the next 5 years?

2 massive stories. I have a very good idea about the identity of the abuser who quit Parliament at the last election mentioned in the 60 minutes Australia piece. He's been mentioned a number of times and was crucial to a big (reported) historical CSA coverup as part of his ministerial remit.

Absolutely no idea about the sitting Labour MP though. However, that's one in the eye for the 'historic' part of the thread title.

I have worked with disturbed young people who named these people when they were alive and were told that nothing could be done.
It is still happening.

I watched the Australian video. The victim's testimonies were harrowing to watch. There is the most disturbing interview with a paedophile at the end. It sounds like the noose is tightening around the few that are still alive. We really need to start seeing prosecutions. Both for abusers and for those that covered it up.

Cameron claims that rumours of a home office cover up are conspiracy theories in the wake of the Wanless whitewash. Dec 14

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...aims-Home-Office-cover-conspiracy-theory.html

July 15 - Home office cover up proven by 'found' files.

I'm assuming we had to wait for Brittan to 'die.' and his estate be settled before we could see this.

This is all still being very carefully stage managed. It's beyond contempt.

I think there are a few who are getting very twitchy about this

"I was told that as far back as ten years ago, he was having young boys delivered to a hotel just a few hundred yards from a local police headquarters. But some of the cases were as recent as 18 months ago."

"Last night a police spokesman declined to comment. But one of the MPs said a senior officer has since told him: "We are all over this MP." "

I find it hard to understand why, just from a public safety standpoint, he isn't already in custody.
