We also spent 50 million on the 5* hotel and spa facilities and the second longest golf course in Europe and ours was built in 1998. Come the mid 00's we had more football players playing league football than any other team in the uk.

Does long = good in golf courses? I would imagine it's probably the coldest and bleakest in Europe.

Yes I'd totally bet. Rockcliffe has had over 100million spent on it.

An awful lot spent on this by the sound of it.

Ours aren't just in the top ten. We are top even beating Chelsea. This was revealed at our Fans Forum on Tuesday night.

That might be the case but when was the last time you produced a england international playing for your club or played top flight football. Or had a champions league winner play for your club or a World Cup winner. Or play in a european final or win a domestic cup or qualify for uefa cup through the premier league?

We've only just opened our training facility but does Gareth Barry ring a bell?

Play in 6 cup finals in the last 25 years. Spend 8 seasons outside the top flight? Isn't bad for a town half the size of yours.

No good living on past glories. You sound like a Scouser!

It's all about the future and I'm afraid ours is brighter than yours.

Well with financial fair play brighton keep going on about they will never progress. Historically our attendances have fluctuated but are Im the top 20 in england. Give us good football and we will go above 25k attendances and in the premier league up to 30k. We had a 2 year waiting list in 1997 for a season ticket with a new ground, it wears off. We wears down to 28k in 2004. Brighton will be back to under 20k after the novilty wears off.

I can never understand why the Boro ground is not full. It's a depressing place and surely going to football must be the highlight of the week.

What novelty? We have been a football club since 1901, and had 30K attendances at the Goldstone ground, before asset strippers robbed us of our ground. We had to play home games 70 miles away in the next county for 2 years, and then at an athletics track for 12 years. Now we have a decent home, the crowds have built up again. Go and boast on your own forum, as you clearly know nothing about Brighton & Hove Albion.

The ground is too big for us, full stop. We are the most deprived area in england and our attendances reflect that. A £10 a ticket offer on a Friday night on sky produces a crowd of over 28k and most boxing days we get around that also. Give Boro good football and the crowds will be there

Whereas we get nearly that every week which takes us full circle as to how come you are outbidding us for players if you are abiding by FFP?

No the highlight of the week is eating a massive great f*** off Parmo before tea bagging your sister.

The last two Boxing days you got 20k and 22k. After that you hit almost 28k against Hull. Then it was back down to 20K before you were in the Premier league.
We have one of the most expensive match day tickets and still get around 25k and on tv.
