Also the U14s came 8th (out of 26 teams) in a recent national tournament:

Which means they've qualified for the U14 International Tournament (though not sure what that actually entails).
These shenanigans resulted in an FA charge for both clubs and a £3,000 fine for Albion:-It appears things were a bit feisty at the U-18s match today! Albion were playing at Leicester in their final U-18 Premier League Cup group match and needed to win to secure qualification. There were nine minutes of injury time at the end of the match and the last four minutes of those included:-
* Albion penalty (scored)
* Two straight red cards (one for each side)
* Four yellow cards

Unfortunately the match finished 3-3 so Albion don't progress.
Seems to have completely befuddled Live ScoreNot sure what, if anything, was going on at the Albion U-18s v Reading match on Saturday, but the usual websites that report match data real-time had nothing (including the Premier League website). I assumed the match had been postponed. However, by Sunday evening the PL website was showing a 5-2 Albion win (but no other details).
Still no details (other than the score) appearing on any website, that I can see. The soccerway website shows the match as "SUSPENDED" (although obviously it took place in full). There is a match report on the Albion website but sadly they've stopped giving the line-ups so no idea who featured.
So, if anyone comes by a teamsheet or sees a website which gives full match details please let me know.

Ha!! They must have literally just loaded the data (also now appearing on the PL website) as, when I made my post, they were still blank.Brighton U18 vs. Reading U18 - 9 March 2024 - Soccerway

Also worth noting that right-back Matthew Hayden (a 1st-year scholar) made only his second appearance (and first start) today. His previous appearance was as a sub against Arsenal in the away fixture on February 24. I presume he has been injured most of the campaign (although I don't know that for certain).Albion U-18s hosted the Arsenal U-18s in the U-18 Premier League South today. You may remember this was the fixture that was postponed on its original scheduled date when the Arsenal team coach took the wrong turn off the M25 and realised they wouldn't make the ground in time (initial reports that they were headed to Bournemouth were wide of the mark).
Despite taking a 2-0 lead after seven minutes, Albion lost 3-5. Joe Belmont scored his sixth goal of the season, left-back Harry Mills netted his third and Ronnie Gorman netted his ninth.
Two U-16s made their debuts as subs: Welsh youth international Adam Brett and English youth international Tyler Silsby.
I know Matthew, he's a great lad, friend of middle son. Yes, he's been injured and out a while, glad to see him backAlso worth noting that right-back Matthew Hayden (a 1st-year scholar) made only his second appearance (and first start) today. In the Arsenal match on Tuesday of last week Belmont started but was subbed off after just 19 minutes. He was back in the starting XI on Saturday. Not sure what that was all about but if he was injured it's a shame some of our senior players don't have that level of super-human healing ability.2-0. Belmont with the second.
