For those of you that didn't catch my Marathon Update on yesterdays show I managed to clock up 9 miles on Saturday morning running from Hove to Shoreham and back. My legs are supprisingly ok today! I managed to mention REMF in my interview and there will be more mentions as we get closer to the big day!

I'll be taking part in the Marathon training day with Olympic runner Liz Yelling on the 5th of March and will be doing pieces into programmes througout the day so you can rest assured of more REMF mentions.

Thanks for all your support and pledges. As Gareth says the Just giving site will be up and running soon.
