Not sure if it’s in here but been doing some travelling recently and got back into some podcasts.

Quite enjoyed ‘Under the Cosh’ - few ex Brighton episodes - Nicky Forster one is quite good (except he says know what I mean every third word) and some good insight of the club under Knight and Bloom, as well as Poyet chat.

Also Liam Dickinson on there with the story about that night out in Brighton. Fair play to the lad he’s played professional football and earnt a decent wedge but what a waste of a career filled with more clubs than goals.

The recent Matt le Tissier one was a good listen, I was a bit hesitant due to his recent outbursts but he wasn't nearly as hatstand as I feared.

Craig Davies was good too. It didn’t work for him at the Albion but he comes across as a nice lad

Hot Money from the FT is a great listen, it's the money behind the online porn industry, and how just how lucrative it is.

Fans of true crime podcasts should give Down The Hill: The Delphi Murders a listen. A shocking story about 2 young girls murdered whilst out hiking in the US.

Also Someone Knows Something is excellent. David Ridgen paints perfect pictures with his descriptions.

I'm giving 'Newts!' a go. http://www.thetruthpodcast.com/story/2022/01/06/newts

For wrestling fans, there's Jim Cornette Experience (wrestling and other topics) and Jim Corenette's Drive Thru (wrestling specific), or Wrestling with Freddie (Freddie Prinze Jr talking about his time working on wwe's creative team).

Freddie Prinze Jr worked as a creative for WWE?!

Going to have to give that a listen.

I've tried and tried as hard as I can but it's no good:-

My 30(ish) year relationship with Kermode and Mayo has come to an end.

Tis a sad sad day.

I tried The Empire film podcast the other evening and rather enjoyed it.
It'll certainly be my #1 current film pod.

Clearly leaving me an opportunity to shoo in this week's Rewatchables - Misery.

Bill's joined by Brian Koppelmann so there's loads of 'inside Hollywood' in this episode.

Found "Moment of Truth" by accident, browsing on BBC Sounds.

Miked up Paul Warne and Karl Robinson for the last few months of the League One season almost all the time - which means Ritchie The Bear is a big participant by default. If you want to know the life of a League One / Championship (ex, or aspiring) football manager, warts, anxiety, late nights, player meetings and all, then this is your show. I've only done the first episode mostly featuring Paul and Ritchie not doing very well at Shrewsbury and I'm hooked.

Fans of Swansman will be pleased to know it humanises player and coach alike. Fans of John Sitton will appreciate the swear count, albeit in a very 2020s way.

I can't believe it doesn't have its own thread. I did a proper Google search and couldn't find one, But, on the off chance it does, I'm leaving it here now.

As this week's Rewatchables is tough to track down (Above The Rim), I do have this from a 'sister' pod.

I may be searching all wrong but I don't think Rewatchables have done The Thing. Prime material I would have thought.

I'll definitely give the one you've posted a listen. I'd happily listen to a half hour podcast about Drew Sturzan's poster.

No not The Thing, They Live is also a bad miss, although I think they've done Escape From New York.

The above is a mini Rewatchables as it's Sean and CR talking about the film for an hour with a further 30 minute interview with Carpenter.

The Thing was released the same day as Blade Runner - both got panned!!!!

The Big Picture has just dropped a 1987 season review with Quintin Tarantino and Roger Avery.

To say it's 'film nerdtastic' would be a massive understatement.
This is the podcast that's had its dinner money stolen by film nerds.
