Oh dear. I don’t understand the Izquietdo marks - sure he put a great chance 25 yards over the bar with his first touch of the game, but hardly anyone seems to be giving him credit for a sterling defensive display. Their goal came from Solly giving his man too much room then compounding the error by closing down to fast and giving away a soft free kick. Wouldn’t have happened on the other side of the pitch.
Also the comments re him making the wrong choices I find strange, it was his coolness to pick a pass that led to the penalty wasn’t it?
