Has signed for Rushden and Diamonds on non-contract terms.

Should make next Tuesday a bit more interesting.

I'm sure we can serenade him appropriately.

(to Kitty) You'll never last the ninety

You're gonna pull your hamstring

Off in a minute/he's going off in a minute

You're going home in a fookin ambulance

What a waste of money

(to Rushden fans) Again/you'll never see him again/you'll never...

He will play or he dont get paid, we should have renewed his contract on this basis because he is a good player despite what an arse he was to us.

He'll be up for putting one over on us.:(

Mind you, if he plays tomorrow, he probably won't be fit for for Tuesday.:)

Oh boy, do I not like that.

I hate ex-players playing us, and Kitson would just be a knightmare. I'd imagine there will be a tasty confrontation with DC, who didn't think much of the malingering git, by all accounts.

That's ok; DC will just give him a gentle nudge and he'll break something and have to go off.

Don't forget he is so fragile he can injure himself warming up ;)

Irony alert:

‘Rushden boss Brian Talbot signed Kitson because leading scorer Onandi Lowe is set to miss the next six weeks.’

What is Talbot thinking? Surely Kitson is not the right player to replace an injured player in the team!

Remember Oxford in 1988 after we sold Dean Saunders? I do. I was there and saw him taunt us good and proper, scoring a belter past John Keeley from 25 yards. Stupidly the Albion fans were taunting him, daft considering the board forced him to leave for the ridiculous fee we got for him (£60,000). A player coming back is like a woman scorned. Nelse at Charlton as well in 1991 at West Ham's ground.

Somebody should put a bounty on his head. Perhaps Charlie or Danny already have plans. Hope so.

He is not any good, never was any good and the worse player ever to play for the Albion, worse than Richard Tiltman.

That is a little OTT wouldn't you say?
Here's an anagram of another former Albion flop: Fark Marrington!

Jameson beat me to it, history shows that players often score against former teams, our defence will need to be on their best to ensure this doesn't happen against Rushden & Ds'.

I doubt Charlie will - bad news could be out of action for quite a while
