I love my pancakes savoury so an Oxo cube or Bovril will get my tastebuds going.

Here in Ikealand, they eat pancakes every single Thursday after their Pea Soup, so the novelty wears off after a while

BUT! Today, instead of pancakes, they celebrate Fettisdagen (Fat Tuesday) by eating Semlor!

It's also called Fat Tuesday elsewhere - Mardi Gras.

It was to use up the fat, flour and eggs before Lent.
