As for the covers, first one but with the image of the girl very much faded out and just the hands and forearms prominent, and maybe the white of one eye. As already mentioned, 'call girl' needs to go imho. Sounds a bit crass, for want of a better term.
Edit: and 'in a building' needs to go too, makes it sound like a spoof.
