On the Border
Douglas Murray makes some good points on this topic.

According to the Home Office if you are a non-Muslim and you make the following statement your presence will be deemed ‘not conducive to the public good’ and you will be barred from entering the United Kingdom:

‘It [Islam] is a religion and a belief system that mandates warfare against unbelievers for the purpose for establishing a societal model that is absolutely incompatible with Western society. Because of media and general government unwillingness to face the sources of Islamic terrorism these things remain largely unknown.’

If, on the other hand, you are a Muslim and you say the following then the UK government has no problem with you, and you can come in to the UK to do a speaking tour:

‘Devotion to Jihad for the sake of Allah, and the desire to shed blood, to smash skulls and to sever limbs for the sake of Allah and in defense of His religion, is, undoubtedly, an honor for the believer.’

In welcoming the decision to ban the first speaker, rather than the second, Keith Vaz, chairman of the Home Affairs Select Committee, has said:

‘The UK should never become a stage for inflammatory speakers who promote hate.’

Too late, Keith. Too late.

Unbelievable, but assume because it does't fit with the usual comment from MPs of Islam is a peaceful religion

Have you met any? A friend of mine has been working in the camps giving medical treatment. She has heard their stories first hand.

Of course it's easy on a message board to generalise and say 'they're all the same'.
No doubt some are genuine , but we've seen the groups of mainly young men , and when they're telling their stories first hand they're bound to try and elicit as much sympathy as possible , got any living with you ?

It shouldn't be to difficult to understand that the rise of Islamism is the most dangerous, pernicious ongoing threat to our western values but some apparently need to see the body count rise to horrendous proportions before they overcome their willingness to tolerate religious intolerance.

In this case it DOES now appear as if the terrorist was radicalised according to France's Interior Minister and head of the police.

Are you now prepared to accept that this bloke was an Islamic terrorist?

im accepting that, from the thinness of the information provided, that some want him to be a islamic terrorist. the words terrorism and now radicalisation are being watered down to mean what is expedient.

Pfft. The French Interior Minister states that he was radicalised and you still play semantics.

Nice attack was due to ‘decades of multiculturalism and political correctness’ says Polish Interior Minister

Polish Interior Minster Mariusz Blaszczak called for tough action on jihadis
He claimed 'multiculturalism' and political correctness caused Nice attack
The right wing politician wants increased surveillance on terror suspects
He said there there were not any 'no-go zones in Poland' for the police

France doesn't promote multiculturalism, through Laïcité it promotes a loose idea of a French identity along with a general concept of living together. If anything they ignore it as per gallic indifference.

What they do suffer from is a failure, as there is in this country, of having an open and honest debate about diverse cultures.

I was in Nice three days before this attack. During that visit and on the other times I have been there, it has always had a wide mixture of people of varying ethnic backgrounds, and a high number of muslims. If anything I would suggest that the Polish minister is actually falling into exactly what ISIS et al want and that is to promote and foster division in areas where there are high numbers of muslims.

There is no easy answer to this stuff, and a lot of it is contradictory. When France were playing Germany, I saw people representing the type of mix of people already mentioned, singing le marseillaise and waving the tricolore.

More evidence that the 'lone nutter' theory is just not true.

Now hang on a minute. I think most sane people would consider a man ploughing a truck into 84 men , women and kids in the name of Islam to be Religious Radicalism. Wake up man.

i just dont believe a man reportedly drinking during Ramadan is very radicalised or doing anything in the name anything.

Yep one would have thought this, but you can be a bad Muslim, feel guilty about your lifestyle, and make up for it by putting terror in the hearts of the disbelievers and kill as many kaffirs as you can. Allah is fine with this, and the Muslim fella clearly believed that he would go to paradise. Just because a Muslim drinks alcohol doesn’t mean that he is not a Muslim, it’s all about the sawab at the end of the day.

We could probably say that a drinking Muslim is more dangerous than a teetotalling Muslim, because they have more to make up, and may be more desperate to avoid eternal hell.

Most Muslims have a period when they're young of going off the rails. Homosexuality is rife amongst Arab teenagers as sex or even mingling with gals is forbidden. A lot of em skip the country during Ramadan to avoid the fasting. Loads of them come to London, drink, gamble, shag dollybirds, do coke, race around in sports cars then go home to Saudi for high days and holidays where they pretend to be model Muslims before returning to Chelsea to be rude to waiters and pissed on gin.
Like all so called "religious pillars" a large number of them use the image when it suits them and use the power to indulge themselves. They'll shag prostitutes like there's no tomorrow but will punish rape or publicly flog their sister if she shows her forehead. Utterly shambolic, over indulged religion.

no one here is doubting that some are genuine....but to refute the notion that some are not genuine and heading this way to cause trouble is bell-endery in it's most magnificent form....

In France possibly up to 70% of its prisoners are Muslim.....

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/wor...8/What-is-going-wrong-in-Frances-prisons.html

If this is correct then something is gravely wrong........not the our merde in this country smells any sweeter as our own Muslim prison population is on the increase.

They are Muslims but they sure ain't religious.
