The worst part for him is going to be the 180 hours unpaid work. At five hours per session that's 36 sessions of picking up litter or sorting clothes in a charity shop (and if he doesn't do it he'll be called back to court in breach). 36 sessions of hob-nobbing with junkies and shoplifters.
That'll hit him harder than any financial penalty ever would.
I hope he hates every minute of it.
