Why wouldn't you send a driver to meet a flight and then you meet the car at the Amex? Sounds more like an outbound journey by plane, train or automobile.

It shows a good impression to the arriving player and to make sure you bring him down and he is not picked up by another club

So, have we made the jump from Paul Whinstanley being up early to him performing a meeting and greet at Heathrow?!

Brighton factually.....
There was a buenos aires flight landed at heathrow at 608 so 3am doesnt seem that far fetched

actually sounds about right if going to Heathrow, time for a coffee, shower and shit and set off at about 4am....

which unfortunately if he lives south of Pycombe would put him in the hopefully not the vicinity of the accident this morning....

Hope not

I know. Bloke makes a tweet about being up at 3.00; could be for toothache, an alarm going off, or a crying toddler, In fine NSC fashion, he's hotfooting to Heathrow to meet a plane. Marvellous scenes

He is going to sign, I can just feel it. Then what happens with BHA? Injured in his second game!

He has now deleted it but it was something like "Can't beat 3am alarm calls".

I'm sure he is well aware of how that may be interpreted by some, which is probably why it has now been deleted.

I'm not sure the club want one of their own to be seen to be doing anything to heighten fan expectations.

Probably going fishing, or for a run.

Exactly. That said, a flight from Buenos Airies landed at 6:03!
