Loved Skalak put in some of the best crosses I've seen watching the Albion although he was extremely limited and a bit shit at absolutely everything else.

I liked him.

A bit of a nutter, but one of those you’d want on your side in a fight.

Perhaps not terribly surprising he’s at Millwall.

Dreadful footballer, We did mug Millwall. I see some people are rewriting history. Enjoyed his passion though.

My view is that the championship is his level, but he is not championship quality:

- Bits of his game are premier league quality
- Bits of his game are league one (or lower) quality

NONE of his game is championship quality.

As a person though - what is not to love?

He was a class player on his day, I really like him. There was nothing complicated in his game, unlike Anthony Knockaert. Skalak was a get the crosses in kind of winger, and that's a dream for your strikers and any midfielder brave enough to break into the box. He was another inspired signing by Chris Hughton to get us promoted.

I think that's the description of most of the championship. And possibly a few of our current squad

It's called consistency. Players that can produce consistently are the ones who rise to the top. There are hundreds of players who can produce brilliant play now and again, which is why they're in the lower leagues.
