Going to bed with socks on....

I was 35 on Monday and during a moment of brief reflection today I have realised that I now always wear my socks to bed. In fact, on cold nights, I wear 2 pairs.

Is this acceptable at my age. Its normal. Right?

69 and only wear pj bottoms cannot sleep with socks on even when in the trailer tent but must admit to wearing a PJ top or t shirt in the trailer tent in September when it starts getting colder at night, but never socks. Wife wears bed socks in the trailer tent but not at home.

I can't sleep with cold feet, so yes, socks are occasionally worn.

Some science boffins did some research a while back & discovered there is a factual basis to this.

we don't have central heating, so on particularly cold nights i put a pair of football socks on just to keep a bit warm. Usually wake up without them having wriggled them off in my sleep.
