Put it this way.

Everyone who has left the club so far has had a succession plan in place. Whether it's Dan Ashworth or Yves Bissouma. I have absolutely no reason, based on everything the club has done in the last 5-6 years, to believe they don't already have a plan in place if Potter goes. Or if Barber goes. Or if anyone goes.

Indeed I reckon the only person in the club who we haven't got a plan in place for what happens if they go is Tony Bloom himself. And I doubt he's getting poached by anyone else.

There well be a succession plan, of course. And we'll be an attractive prospect for a whole range of managers.

Of course it doesn't automatically mean we'll be able to replace Potter with someone as good, that guy is fantastic. But maybe a lot of the hard work has already been done
