I've just checked back through this whole thread, and only two rumours have had any substance (so far obviously!)

1) The bloke who said he was source, got the Poyet and Garcia situation correct.
2) El-Abd speaking to Barnsley.

So take everyhing with a pinch of salt, even the rumous we would like to come true!

Oscar Garcia is on the verge of signing Federico Macheda from Manchester United for a reported 1. 8 m. It will be Brighton's second signing this year along with Stoke city central Defender Mathew Upson

and


Barcelona B midfielder Illie Sanchez is set to sign a 2 year contract for championship side Brighton & Hove Albion after discussions with the club this week. The 22 year old played 76 games for the second division side and has scored 2 goals.
