Why is it just now this is going to court?

Well he's not suddenly standing for President, so 'now' isn't particularly significant. It wasn't done earlier because it takes time to build a case. The charges have been known about for some time, and he's had time to put a defence together.

why has he never been convicted of a crime despite them coming after him for years?

He was the president, and it's difficult to convict a sitting president of a crime, particularly when that president has selected some of the people who get to vote on the decision. He was impeached twice. In the second impeachment, a majority of senators (including republicans) voted that he was guilty, but as it wasn't a two thirds majority, he wasn't then convicted.

why is Biden getting away with his own crimes??
What crimes are those?

No doubt this is a political witch hunt.If he wasn't going for the presidency then there would be no legal proceedings of course.Meanwhile Biden gets away with whatever.Democracy is dead in the US and UK. In the US they didn't accept Trump when he was President and tried every trick to get him out. They are now trying every trick to stop him getting back in.In the UK people tried to cancel the Brexit result. So sad.Cue insults.
have you ever pondered as to why it is that you have to keep changing your username?

No but I think they should go after him for the right reasons and then go after Biden and Hilary.
And what are these “right reasons”, and why are these current reasons “wrong”?

Donald Trump has announced his third bid for the US Presidency.

With two impeachments behind him and facing criminal inquiries into election-tampering, a fraud inquiry, outstanding defamation and sexual assault lawsuits, an ongoing federal investigations into his role in the attack on the Capitol building and removing classified papers from the Whitehouse, Trump is set to once again dominate the political landscape in American politics but how far will he get?

I can’t think of anyone more unqualified to be the next leader of ‘the free world’ or one that could do more damage to it than he could. So will the Republicans and ultimately the American electorate really put this man back in the Whitehouse? What will happen if they do?
the us is stuck between choosing two senile old men that are both unqualified. this is why age limit for politicians should be implemented

peak mouldy!
Is it really Mouldy? I like Mouldy. He's a bit special, like, me, albeit whereas I have used reason, science and socialism as a crutch, he's opted for right wing populism.

But I like Mouldy.

This isn't Mouldy, surely? 😢 😭 😿

If you ever wanted to know what Rupert Murdoch wanted us to think about emotionally react to stuff, we have Carbonara.

It's like trying to hold a discussion with Fox News and The Sun.
Begging the question:-

'so why bother?'

Strangely there is a minimum age limit for US President ( 40, I think ) but no maximum.

There is usually a space after a full-stop and the start of a new sentence. Worth a go.
Have a feeling it won't be long before they start WRITING EVERYTHING IN CAPITALS WHEN THEY POST AND HAVING A WIERD OBSESSION WITH STOLLEN.
