Maybe because the southern section was a little bit light on numbers. Besides Nottingham is a tad further north than Wolverhampton, and the line needed to be drawn somewhere!

36 teams in the Southern half, only 34 in the Northern section.

Exeter or Plymouth at the Amex.

Exeter because I would love to see ex-Lewes FC and Kingston Village (nee Kestrels) junior David Wheeler get the chance to play there. He is a smashing lad who humbly and happily dropped everything at 1 day's notice to do the Kestrels' end of season awards last month.

Plymouth because they would bring decent numbers and I have a good friend who follows them all over.
