What dissapoints me most is this Adams impostor is not the Adams from last time. He seems lethargic, dis interested and going through the motions. He does not have the passion and fire in his belly he had last time. He looks jaded and walks the walk of yesterdays Man.

Spot on US. During the second half last night, there was absolutely no passion shown by any of the three stooges on the bench. Where was the motivation, inspired tactical changes, encouragement or bollockings - nowhere. The only time Micky got animated was when he started arguing with fans on the running track in the last few minutes. If he's lost interest then hopefully he will walk soon and take White and Booker with him.

So how long do we give the next manager before he is written off as a failure, 3 or 4 months?

Given that a new manager would need to clear up the awful mess created by Adams I would give them longer than 3 or 4 months. The reason people are so unwilling to give Adams time is that he took over a promising exciting team that had just finished ONE PLACE off the play-offs and has turned them into major relegation candidates. If he's capable of such a spectacular downturn in form in such a short period of time what the hell would he be capable of over 9-10 months - it shudders me to think.

We should hang on to Adams, in my opinion. Mickey isn't fundamentally different to last time around, and if we give him several seasons to rebuild the squad, we'll reep the benefits long-term.

Totally wrong....first time round MA still had fire in the belly..he had started the upward curve at Fulham and many thought it was unfortunate that he had to make way for KK. BHA was a new challenge and from a low base of expectation he did relatively well. Since then he has ridden the managerial merry-go-round and fallen off a few times.
He was on the managerial scrapheap when DK threw him this lifeline....unfortunately, in the time he was away from us, he was rumbled ( as so many ' old style ' managers are )Players see through the unoriginal training routines, the lack of variety in tactics, the lack of depth in preparation and the unmistakeable body language of someone who is disenchanted. What is the point of keeping someone in a job, where they are so patently struggling...not everyone is cut out for a long managerial career...and it is clear that MA has lost his enthusiasm for the work.
This is a results business, not a charity...what has he shown us that deserves several seasons of support ?...
If DK sticks with him out of blind loyalty, then he is clearly the wrong leader for this club. You only get stability when you have the right man in charge, achieving results.....we don't.
