Bruce Forsyth at Glastonbury

At uni in 1990, a bunch of us used to sit in the TV room (yep, no one could afford TVs in their rooms!) in the Union, ironically of course, in front of the revamped Generation Game. That was 23 years ago. And he's now doing Glastonbury. Say what you like about him, he certainly has staying power.

Bruce Forsyth is the Ryan Giggs of the television world. He's far past his best and, if truth be known, totally shit at what he does these days. But because he's still doing it years after most people would have given up, he's held up as some sort of legend.

I'd let Bruce's brother know about that!
