alot of good feedback on the subject, seems to almost all make sence. i think the question of timing is that it doesn tlook good to be issuing adhoc so get it all done now for the future. its a statement of intent, they are planning well into the future.

what im slightly confused by, and i think its apparent others might be, is exactly which company is this for? Isnt BHA Holdings Ltd soley responsible for the playing club, with the stadium in a completely seperate company? if so, does this mean the £50m is potentially available for long term investment in the team and club? or are they owners of the shares in the stadium company and this is a backdoor way for the club to funnel money into the stadium project (assuming its a seperate company).

eitherway i think its positive.

With these extra shares "in the kitty" as such, do you think the board would offer them to fans in general to help secure some extra funding?

And, would you invest, if they became available to supporters?

Might there be tax reasons for (lets say Bloom) making such a generous loan? If your business is awash with funds are there advantages to getting the cash off your balance sheet?

Lush, financial dullard so simple replies only please.
