Cynicism or realism? In the more than likely scenario of the UK remaining in the EU but outperforming most of the failing Eurozone countries two things will inevitably happen ... rapidly increasing membership fee and rapidly increased EU migration.

Lets do a Greenland...

And how do you feel the public will benefit from us leaving? Is it increased house prices? A poorer exchange rate? Less job opportunities? Less income? Probably higher taxes? A worse level of services within the country? A poorer standard of goods? Higher goods prices?

House prices have been going up for years and years and will always do so thankfully.

Exchange rate? The hypocrisy of the Remain camp.I doubt most of you want to be in the Euro.
No reason to believe there will be a poorer exchange rate.

Job opportunities? The one that really gets me. For every job that's created you'll have a immigrant to take it.
We are creating jobs to increase our foreign population.

Less income?we already have less income due to foreign labour driving down wages and conditions.

The rest is a nonsense.

And you know this because?

You're living in fear. The only reason you want to remain is not because you think we are doing well in the EU because you and others in the Remain camp can't actually say what we are getting from being in the EU. You want to remain only because you fear leaving.

Last time I checked none of the EU countries are not doing that well economically.

Those that are in the Euro have years of bailing out the Greeks to look forward to.

Doesn't this show growth across the EU for a number of quarters?

Growth in China and India is slowing down.

Ball-ache with visas?

many countries worldwide require visas to enter for leisure reasons, cant believe this puts off any serious holidaymakers.

the likelihood is post brexit negotiations will include visa free travel for leisure purposes for a certain amount of time, different matter if you want to live and work, but if thats what you want to do its your choice.

visa requirements for work and living add another level of security to keeping bad eggs out including severe criminals, sex traffickers and the worst jihadis

why would anyone be against this extra security?

REVEALED: EU members draw up plans for United States of Europe behind Britain’s back
PLANS for a United States of Europe have been drawn up in a bid to give Brussels bureaucrats an iron grip over the continent, it has been revealed.
In a direct challenge to David Cameron’s claims of British sovereignty, Germany, France, Italy and Luxembourg signed a document last September in Rome calling for the creation of a “general union of states”, which has only now come to light.

The further integrated union would not only take a central hold over economic and fiscal matters, as well as internal markets, but would also include social and cultural affairs and foreign, security and defence policy of member states.
The paper says “concrete” proposals” to enhance European Union (EU) integration will be drawn up at a meeting in Luxembourg in May, just a month before the UK holds its In/Out referendum on June 23.

The news will come as a blow to pro-EU Prime Minister David Cameron who has sought to reassure voters Britain will not be part of a European superstate.

As I said none are doing that well.
This follows a number of years of recession. It proves that the EU is not immune from world events.
We do well or bad according to how the rest of the world is doing.Shouldn't be like that.

As for China, their growth as far as I am aware is still one of the highest in the world.

.

Not according to JC Footy Genius. He seems to think we'll have a more competitive pound which would help exports. I presume that means the value will drop against other currencies. Of course, if correct, that means imports are considerably more expensive!!!

It's pretty obvious the EU is heading towards being a United States of Europe and Britain will no longer be a country.

Tawdry spin. The report says that Germany and three other countries signed up to a paper on this subject. They didn't. This was a document produced by four parliamentary speakers (think John Bercow or whatever his name is) and the European Commission has denied that it has anything to do with them. And they're right. It doesn't. Scaremonger away as much as you like.

Remind me where the pound is now against the Euro?Remind me where it was a few years ago?
Almost at parity I seem to remember.

Interesting.

Do you honestly seriously think the EU will not one day be a United States?Seriously?

You're right, the EU is not immune to world events, nobody said they were. As are pretty much all countries around the world.

Exange rate?...No reason to believe there will be a poorer exchange rate.
Have you looked at exchange rates recently? The stronger the "Leave" campaign got, the weaker the pound became. It is only in the last few weeks as it has become clear that the UK is less likely to vote to Leave that the pound has recovered. The result of the Obama pro-Europe speech has been a sharp rise in the strength of the pound.

The pound was weak before Cameron announced June 23rd.It was almost at parity a few years ago long before any talk of a referendum.

'The stronger the leave campaign got' Explain?

GBP/EUR 1.2887

The pound has recovered?Really?few months ago it was around 1.44.
It recently went down to around 1.23 so it hasn't recovered much has it.
