Agreed again.

Yorkie it does get a bit tiresome when you tow the party line everytime. That's what we pay the players and managers wages for, to have an opinion. The club doesn't get it right everytime and should be open to criticism.

I don't toe the party line. My opinion is the club are doing a great job under the awful circumstances and there's hardly anything to criticise.
I pay my money to enjoy my football and don't like hearing moans all the time.

I am entitled to my opinion as well which happens to be an optimistic one.

This board works mainly by having people moaning!

I know that but want to bring a counter balance.

My argument in this case is that Redknapp and Lowe are the ones who are double dealing and messing us about because they know we're desperate.
We agreed a fee and then they've done the dirty.
They would be quite happy to leave Blayney sitting around for a year until his contract ends.

If neimi goes i doubt blayney will come - thats what redknapp is waiting for

So we're stymied anyway then. He's not going to let him go for 75k either.

Niemi is the issue. Blayney is third choice at St Mary's. If Niemi goes, Redkanpp wouldn't want to release Blayney. Maybe they have been discussing a transfer for Niemi, are worried they'll only be left with one keeper and want more money for Blayney.

Of course we need a good keeper for the start of the season, FDM isn't ready, but there's no point being held to ransom.

Isn't Blayney fourth choice after Niemi, Smith and Poke?

I still think Blayney will become an Albion player, have patience my friends and keep the faith...
