Eric Potts was the player that I first thought of. But for the most important sub, how about Robbie Reinelt?
Came on as sub and scored the equaliser at Cambridge and then, two weeks later, came on again and scored the equaliser in THAT game at Hereford.

I was actually thinking of KLL afterwards, he was often coming off the bench and changed games. Probably THE one of the modern era I’d say.

Solly March at Birmingham. We were losing 1-0 when he came on. Two assists later we won. Everyone remembers Murray running the full length of the pitch to celebrate with us fans, but March supplied the crosses.
He’s changed other games too, more recently.
