Using the airport world as an example, I'd expect the club to be getting at least 20% of the revenue. In UK airports it would be normal for the catering concessionaire to pay around 25% for bog standard outlets, probably less for higher end stuff.
 








If the club could pay back the money that built it in 10 years - that would be quite a nice mortgage equivalent wouldn't it?
How many people buy a house and pay back the full amount in 10 years?

Of course if our fortunes are smiled upon, the board and club affairs are well organized whilst also frugal, it could even go better than that.
For example; Liverpool paid 20million for Fernando Torres, than sold him to Chelsea for 50mil. (Granted they put all the profit back into player purchases though)
