The good news appears to be that Andy Naylor has won his bet with Brian Owen that he could wind up North Stand Chat with a simple tweet.

The bad news is that even Andy Naylor knows that winding up NSC isn't worth the effort.

What's the club got to do with it? They didn't hype this announcement.

Oh yes they did...
They put out a release with an embargo until 4pm. They should have said immediate release as it's no big deal...
Top guy Andy merely exploited the opportunity, well played Sir

They are starting to treat the fans like chumps.....

After the bollox we have had from that dire, drool Finnish fool............

GOOD NEWS is NOT contract extensions it's a victory or two or a big name signing..........

Not even a spork in sight.........

The club? or an Argus newspaper reporter ?

The Argus reporter is the one that tried to make both bits of news into something big, and the one that tried to build the suspense about it, keeping the fans guessing. If you are unhappy with these announcements because of the way the news came out, then blame him not the club.

I can't believe how down and hyper critical of everything the club does some people are. If they hadn't announced it, then the club would be criticised, if they do, it appears they get criticised so whatever they do they can't win (sums up the attitude of some fans towards the club since the play-off defeat last season) Obviously the playing side has also fallen into theis cycle of being unable to win too to match the rest of the club. (a lot of miserable gits seem to follow this club and it's being going on for years and not just for this season)

BTW - Has a club ever announced a victory or 2, and if they have, wouldn't the fans already know as the ywould probably have watched it happen anyway?
and announcing contract extensions can be good news to come out of the club, especially if they are important players in our squad.

He received abuse for it.

It's what he wanted.

The man is an arse, a troll, it just gives him a platform to be famous.

If he didn't realise what he was going to stir up among fans by tweeting what he did with a fanbase struggling to understand the current situation he should retire, to stoke.

So we meet FFP. I believe we had to submit accounts by the 1st of December?

When will a list of other clubs who have, and haven't met it be available?

And what punishment, if any, will they get?

This says more about you than it does about him.

Anyone sending abuse to Naylor over this needs to shut down their computer, pull out the plug and go and take a long, hard look at themselves.
