Where's that reported? That's a very good fee for a Premier League centre half, never mind one that's never played beyond the Championship.

They've got the Mings money so it's possible, but you'd hope he'd want to fight it out here rather than taking (what looks to me) a sideways step.
I can't fault the Ipswich boards ambition though if true.
