I think its the Plantagenats, the Tudors were welsh, the Stuarts were Scottish, the Hanovarians were German, so King Edward the fourth it is then

Maybe a Princess or two, for the bloodline,Magaret of Anjou, was married to Henry the sixth I think, but aoart from that, no French Monarchs

Fairly sure Richard the third was the last truly Engsh king, although there were rumours that his mother Cecilly Neville was particularly fond of a Scottish archer, so who knows really
