Can’t use rubber johnnies as latex allergy results in a useless great big swollen and sensation less lazy lob...latex free not much cop.

My female companion in life takes pill as periods are hellish.

This. I had it done a few years back. Very simple and quick procedure. Bit sore for a few days but it really doesn't hurt much at all.

The weird bit for me was chatting with the nurse with the smell of burning flesh in the background as the doctor sealed the tubes. [emoji23]
