[Albion] Is it right to sell Neal Maupay?

Typical click bait from a punter :fishing: . Sanchez would’ve out sprinted many strikers, he’s got a taller more athletic build, than little Neal. Great pace, dodgy keeper.

The Goodison footballing careers cul-de-sac. Nice payer though.

[Albion] Is it right to sell Neal Maupay?

Bloom sold a dud and banked £15m. You couldn’t make it up.

[Albion] Is it right to sell Neal Maupay?

Yes. They loath him. https://www.grandoldteam.com/forum/threads/neal-maupay.116014/page-143 Other than ££££, what did he gain?

[Albion] Is it right to sell Neal Maupay?

Crikey, he’s only 26! That’s prime EPL player normally.

[Albion] Is it right to sell Neal Maupay?

Imho he was fine for us for a couple of seasons. Ten goals a pop was decent and he used to put in a shift to harass defences. Looks like his game has dramatically fallen away and Bloom knew it.

Rubbish, Evan should start for England in their next senior games :lolol:.

[Albion] Is it right to sell Neal Maupay?

Then shirley training would take into account his youth too. They wouldn’t work him hard in training, then rest him every EPL game due to his age when, crucially, he’s proven already he’s the EPL dogs bollocks. Players develop at totally different rates. Ferguson and Bajcetic as examples...

[Albion] Is it right to sell Neal Maupay?

My idea of EF starting every home EPL game, less a few missed through injuries, would mean Ferguson starting say just 15 games a season. That’s not a big work load, especially as he’s clearly mature for his age.

[Albion] Is it right to sell Neal Maupay?

Happy with that, a very common formation (I had a row with someone having a break … they argued teams don’t play that 2 anymore). Just one outright striker is a must in any starting line up for me, winning midfield is everything. My theory.

[Albion] Is it right to sell Neal Maupay?

Would love to see him start all Amex games at least. We don’t do away games, but not just that, having a great home record is brilliant for any fanbase. Imho already we’re better when Ferguson starts. 4-5-1 my preference.

[Albion] Is it right to sell Neal Maupay?

Winning a game, he’s your man for wind ups and scuffles. Losing a game, he offers nothing.

[Albion] Is it right to sell Neal Maupay?

A few days left of the window, with unprecedented sums banked, have the club intimated that there might be more business … in terms of acquiring players?

[Albion] Is it right to sell Neal Maupay?

I was one of the idiotic 25%. Total trust in Tony Bloom, his strategy is working rather nicely.

Yes. Never retain an unhappy player. But at the right price.
