    Bridcutt "not focused enough"

I agree. I don't see much difference in the situations.

    Bridcutt "not focused enough"

It was the same as Benno who missed our games with Pompey & Watford.

One for cup tied One for not focused
  4. Thunder Bolt

    Bridcutt "not focused enough"

He didn't play against Reading so I can't see him playing a cup game tomorrow.

That would be poor management if it was still lingering 8 months later. Any leader worth his salt should be able to revive morale. I'm more inclined to believe it is resentment from Liam that he is being overpriced.

If this is the case, Liam will be unhappy with the club, which would also explain why Oscar distanced himself in that post match interview by saying 'They have to sort it out'

    Bridcutt "not focused enough"

It does seem a strange situation especially when you watch Oscar's post match interview last Saturday on Player where he definitely says 'It's up to them to sort it out' rather than 'we' or 'the club'

As I understand it, a player has to put in a transfer request to be able to talk to the buying club. Elliott Bennett did the same two years ago.

    Bridcutt "not focused enough"

I agree. I'm as disappointed as anybody that he wants to leave, doesn't want to play but understands where he is coming from. I think I said this earlier but Bobby stayed with us from January onwards but he hardly put the effort in from that point so he might as well have gone in that window.

Your boss doesn't buy & sell workers. He might kick you back.
  11. Thunder Bolt

    Bridcutt "not focused enough"

Whilst I agree with you about playing him, your analogy doesn't work, or else we'd kick Liam out of the club when he's a valuable asset.
