In a word no. We lost 20 mins of the game, including the goal. Some of us have unsubscribed and I urge everyone to do the same. If we vote with our feet then something may get done.
Yup, that's my thinking too. I'm more than a bit stunned that they can get away with their 'service' in such a large industry in this day and age of technology.

If the service isn't up to standard then I would have thought that the club would be able to 'untie' any commitments to Perform or the FLi. I'm pleased that PB appears to have sympathy and I also hope that he gets somewhere with this.

I'm absolutely dumbfounded at what has happened with SP this season. I cannot believe that this issue has been allowed to continue for so long. I have quit from the service today and unless I receive a full apology, refund and a guarantee that all faults are resolved then I will not be returning...
100% incompetence isn't an excuse. Every subscriber to this crap service should receive a full refund. There must be something seriously wrong if you are paying for a service not fit for purpose. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask!
