It was a rhetorical question aimed at those saying he was done and should be let go of in the summer. I actually think with pace around him he can be effective where ever you decide to play him - he is that good.

How good was that Gross touch round the corner to release Trossard? Honestly, I thought he was supposed to be getting worse not better!!?? :shrug:

He is the perfect compliment when you put pace around him because he is the player that can unlock space for pace*. The other aspect is his timing of runs and movement into space. Both goals should be in a training video about how to look like you're not a danger for the longest period possible...
