    Like The Clamp, I haven't actually seen this being advertised or promoted anywhere. If it weren't for NSC I wouldn't actually know about it. I mentioned it to a few people last week - none of whom had heard about it. @The Clamp - I guess NSC is a form of social media??

    If millions haven't noticed - then when they turn up, they won't be able to vote. Because they won't have rootled around to find their passports or whatever to take with them - because they've never had to do so before.
