What pace have you been doing your long runs at?

I got my magazine through on Monday, I'm in. Good for age, so I already knew anyway. Just the Berlin ballot to worry about instead now...

That's interesting. I suppose it at least shows a 5k is workable. That Great Run Local event only gets 7-9 runners each week. So it won't be a great loss (presuming parkrun can get over 100 or so runners).

Does anyone know the latest on the Lancing parkrun? I still can't see it working, but often the routes are difficult to envisage beforehand.

This is the correct answer. Dull isn't it! There's the odd ground where the walk to the station can be intimidating. But that entirely depends whether you're walking near a bunch of dick heads or not

Some very good points in there WW. But surely the form team are always favourites for the play offs. We are undoubtedly the form team. But the play offs are, to some extent, a lottery. So who knows!

I disagree. Bridcutt, Hammond and Crofts are defence minded. But going forward we've got David, Orlandi, Vicente, Lua Lua, Buckley, JFC. All great players (other than Crofts) but it's just not working right now. I think some of our players need to take more risks

Only when we were attacking. Leicester dominated long periods of the game and we were silent. I don't really care what the atmosphere is like to be honest. I don't believe that players need a good atmosphere to win a game.

Why? I'm just saying that very rarely do fans create any sort of atmosphere if their team aren't winning. Or at least on the attack.

Still got a 6 point cushion. Should be okay with just 5 games left. No goals in 4 games yes, but they've shown what they're capable of this season
