Due to Industrial action, there will be disruption to the train service with only two trains running every hour into Falmer this Saturday, as we face Burnley, kick off 3pm.
Engineering work are also taking place between Brighton and Littlehampton, closing various lines. A limited bus service...
The bridge opening scheduled for 14.00 was ok but on trying to close it, there is still a gap of 1 foot. Pedestrians can cross but no vehicles. The engineers have been called but the surrounding roads are snarled up for miles. ie right back to Seaford to the east.
