I'm on https://www.facebook.com/sportuccino (Internet Sports TV show) in 10 minutes. I'm wearing my favourite Albion top, like a half kit w@nker.
Anyone ever watched it? Any good? (You can tell me in half an hour I guess)

Hi all
Anyone else a little nervous about the Kuszczak contract situation? He's been so consistently good for us this season people I wonder if people are almost taking for granted his presence. I hate to say it but I don't think we'd be knocking on the door of the play off positions if we...
Hi all
I'm doing the Three Peaks challenge in September in aid of Scope (absolutely bricking it - I'm not good at hills and I'm 40 now, with two young kids, so have sod-all time to get fit) and so I thought I'd train by walking to the Amex from Hassocks station, over the downs and back down...
Hi all
Latest podcast out... CMS and his physio are the guests. Craig talks about delivering his baby at home, and both chat about the the injury situation at the Albion, including give a date for Craig's return (wasn't expecting them to answer that!)...
Like lots of people on here, really pleased at the new appointment.
However, a lot of people on here seem to be running away with the belief that we have a new manager. Technically we haven't; it's a head coach appointment.
Now obviously there may be legal reasons for this difference (the...
The story of the last day - sorry if already posted : Story of Soccer Saturday - Championship final day | Video | Watch TV Show | Sky Sports
Looks like we were having quite a relaxed day while the rest of the league did somersaults! :)
Any Hassocks/Keymer residents or ex-residents who have an objective opinion?
I've lived in Brighton nearly all my life but did spend a year in and out of Henfield and Sayer's Common so am up to (the lack of) speed with village life... just curious as to what marks Hassocks up or down...
Tano says Kuszczak and Bridcutt are both available to face Charlton after recovering from illness - according to Naylor on Twitter.

Hey everyone
After courting opinion with numerous Albion fans, and a chat with the club we're going for it and doing our pre-Palace podcast recording LIVE in Dick's Bar and it would be great to pack it out!
Just turn up this coming Wednesday before 7pm, would be good to see people there. I'll...
Hi everyone
Right, this one was surprisingly fun. In it, we find out which one of the outfield players would play in goal if all 3 senior keepers were injured/suspended, and which venue Bob Booker now calls 'Sackalino's'. And I tell Kuipers why Crawley wanted shot of him.

There aren't many, but feel free to add to these...
1. Upson was rusty and this will only help him get up to match fitness.
2. Ulloa is going to learn more from these sort of games, I still think we've got an absolute diamond there
3. Barnes tends to play a lot better when he comes back from a...
Talksport just rang me up to talk about the Arsenal game. I'm on in 4 minutes. Time to sound like I know what I'm talking about / mildly laddish / a UKIP voter.
It's available for download now for everyone - Download Albions FA Cup Podcast
(I may have intimated that Gus Poyet signed Dicker. Whoops. He didn't, obviously. My bad)
Just came back from recording the official Albion podcast which is back this week after a short (cough) hiatus. We've got Wayne Bridge, Andrea Orlandi, Liam Bridcutt, Charlie, and a short bit from Gus too. Should be on the official site at the end of this week. :)

BBC News - DVLA bans councils from database over abuses
Lots of implications there, but the main one seems to be they're looking up the drivers on the DVLA database in order to save money. And that B&H Council are still banned from it.
Heya
Just in case anyone fancied it, my show is on tonight at the Brighton Comedy Festival - Event - Brighton Comedy Festival
Nestling in there is three new Albion-based routines as well, which if you don't see tonight you'll probably see at the Charlie Oatway testimonial dinner tomorrow...
Sorry, couldn't see if this had been posted or not -
