I hope the team talk is more inspiring than the presser... Not feeling good about this one, but that's generally turned out well over the RDZ years.

Had the day in the centre yesterday, quite a few albion fans about.
Staying in Aintree, just a quick 15 minutes into town.

2-1 to the might seagulls

We outplayed Liverpool 3 times last season and matched them at the Amex in October. However, we don’t look like the same team at the moment so it’s hard to see anything other than a heavy defeat.

Just play your absolute best lads and we’ll soldier on, with heads held high regardless of the result 😇.

(If we play like cr*p, concede in the first few minutes, have 80% of the possession, 15 shots on goal. yet still not score then fcuk the lot of ya )

Just hope it’s a good game and we give a good account of ourselves in a very hostile partisan atmosphere. Best of luck to our good guys and no further injuries please.

Are we playing today?
Radio 5Live breakfast spent all morning talking about Man City, Arsenal & Liverpool. They did mention Seagulls, but it was the bird, not the team.
Under the radar the pressure is very much on Liverpool to win. Sadly, they're a team used to pressure and Anfield will be behind the team. 0:0 after 45 mins they wont get booed off.
I'll enjoy the game knowing we will be playing them again next season.

I am usually something of an optimist. With De Zerbi's approach you know you always have a chance, all being it a small one today given form and missing players. Remember going there under Hughton, when we played Locadia up front on his own and he hardly touched the ball: they beat us 4-0 whilst resting players for the UCL final!
Can't be there today and not sure I'll watch on the TV as I find it super stressful these days. Well done everyone there given no 🚂, Easter Sunday etc. Give it everything in support of the boys, whatever the score.
