When ordering the release of the list, New York Judge Loretta Preska said many of those named in the lawsuit had already been identified by the media or in Maxwell's criminal trial.
She added that many others did not raise an objection to the release of the documents.

Is there a list of names? Radio 5 said the names have been published but didn't mention anyone.

They’re filtering out. So far: Trump, Bill Clinton, Michael Jackson, Stephen Hawking, Prince Andrew more than 70 times - there are others. Lots more in the next 48 hours as they’re being released in stages. Not all names are accused of any alleged wrongdoing - they were just mutually known by Epstein.
Stephen Hawking? The mind boggles.

Many of the names are acquaintances with no suggestion of criminal activity. The papers are keen to keep repeating this.
Pfft. A list of people who knew Epstein. That in itself is hardly the crime of the century without any evidence of actual criminal wrongdoing.

My guess is that the MAGA lot in the US will swear BLIND that Clinton was 100% a wrong'un while simultaneously that The Donald did absolutely NOTHING that would raise even half an eyebrow.

This. Plenty of people know wrong ‘uns. Especially in the elite. By the nature of their lives they are going to mix with a lot of people.
I’ve read plenty of books and articles where people in the film industry give praise to Harvey Weinstein. He was a powerful and influential film producer. He’s going to work with thousands of people.
Of course, that doesn’t excuse the ghastly things they got up to. But it doesn’t mean everyone that was ever photographed with them was complicit in, or had any knowledge of their wrong-doing.
