Serious question. What is stopping her from dishing up Clinton, Andrew etc?

Read somewhere that - despite the scripted and begrudging ‘apology’ yesterday - she’s still very much ‘in denial’, and convinced she can appeal and get out, or get the sentence reduced.

How much time will she actually end up doing though. Maybe half? If she does 10 years she will have got off pretty lightly in my view.

I just took a few moments to read a bit more about the case (having dodged the details due to my disdain for prurience). Sorry, but you are way off target with your comment here. There were no killings, but Maxwell was to Epstein what Hindley was to Brady. Epstein is dead. So you figure Maxwell should be released? ??? I don't agree.

As for finding some other men to prosecute, I don't think there is any limitation on that. There is no conspiracy between the courts and the police to ensure that only women are convicted of child abuse.....

Not likely to be the case.

See post #135 on this thread.

From what I can gather, their version of remission is called 'good time'.

Ordinarily, about 56 days back for every year served.

It seems that doesn't apply to sexual offences though. So in theory she likely has to serve the full term.

Might as well save time for everyone else. #135

Except when the nonce is a member of the British Royal family of course.

I don't think anyone was suggesting that she should be released. She seems to be bang to rights. But just that men are also gulity and should be pursued with as much vigour. Of course, now she might be willing to give up a few names and we may see that happen ...

I imagine she is sitting in her cell writing letters (that never get answered) and waiting for the call (that never comes) from her lawyer to say that some very rich and powerful men are riding over the hill to secure her release. When it finally dawns on her that nobody is riding over the hill, she may feel inclined to break her silence.

Maybe like Hindley, she'll turn lesbian in jail and then get more sympathy... "I was abused by Jeffrey" etc. Could throw in Robert Maxwell for good measure, he can't answer back either.

Person does bad things; is found guilty in a court of law, goes to prison

She/her lawyers tried that already which possibly contributed to her “only” getting 20 years rather than the 50+ the prosecution asked for
