[Finance] The Budget March 3rd 2021.

They have created artificial entities to avoid taxes where their real turnover is. Amazon's actual turnover in uk is huge but not apparently in their books. Tax on turnover is the way forward.

Roadmap out of Lockdown - Feb 22nd

So important you cant wait 3 weeks??? The kids will be getting exercise at school and adults can exercise individually now anyway. I dont think many would say mass exercise is more important than school especially when it is just a 3 week delay.

[Drinking] Tim Martin takes a beating

But that is the plan! Its just how do we do it safely without throwing away the success in getting case nos deaths etc down. I never supported Boris he has made hurrendous mistakes but his cautious approach to opening up is exactly right. We need to measure the impact of each stage of opening up...

    [Albion] Maupay

Maupay has a problem common to many strikers on a bad run. They are desparate to score so the shoot when a pass may be a better option. I imagine GP is already telling Maupay to try and relax a bit and look for the options around him if the shot is not obvious. But its tricky because in someways...

    [Other Sport] Kick arse !

If GP reacted as a fan every game the club would be in meltdown every time we lost. Fans and head coaches are different animals and should react differently. Publically criticising your players rarely works (see Spurs now.)

[Albion] ** BHA v Aston Villa ** - Predict Potter's Picks - The revenge of the sockboy?

An FB or WB on Grealish will be constantly pulled out of position. If we want someone on him at all it needs to be Biss or Gross. I'm not sure GP will want to compromise our game to do that though.

    [Albion] Coping with Grealish’s diving

The trouble is he is not only a good actor but also a good player. A lethal combination if we are not clever about him. The number of times players attempt to tackle him when his body is between them and the ball is stupid. whilst I agree he is a complte pain in his complaining every time he is...

    Mike Dean

Agree with all this. Never seen a job in which no mistakes were made. Players have become part time actors. Its particularly poor when they go down clutching their heads when contact was nowhere near the head. Commentators pretend to dislike it bit then say players must go down if they feel...

[Albion] *** Player Ratings vs Burnley***

It was so noticeable how much calmer and controlled we were when Lallana came on.An experienced head to calm the young players as the game got more difficult. It would be great if he stays fit enough to start this kind of game to exert control. (e.g. West Brom)

[Football] Some of those Burnley fans - don’t like us. Oh well !!!

Not forgetting the cabbage fields of Thanet!

    [Football] Last 17

If you can back this with stats thats fine but without that I am left thinking its a bit of a myth that pundits like to suggest but not in fact true.

    [Albion] Layth Gulzar

Its brilliant that the club have done so much to help him along his path and combat stereotypes about south asians and football.

    [Albion] Potter Polarising …

I went to that game and felt I had to apologise to a Wolves fan for the way we played. At least I dont have to do that now

[Albion] Would Potter have gone by now if fans were at games?

In a legal sense any contract can be terminated. PL players dont suffer that for 2 reasons I guess: 1. The compensation for termination would be too high; and 2. The club will be losing a valuable asset on the books and getting nothing in return
