Peacehaven and Saltdean really do need an additional road to access the A27, ridiculous that everytime there is roadworks, or a broken down vehicle it takes an hour to get from Rottingdean to Peacehaven and vice versa.

No problem with Wetherspoons. There's a couple I avoid, especially the old one in George Street, was a dive. But I think any pub that would have been there would have been the same. Do a decent breakfast (or used to) - full English, and a pint - £5.50 last time I had one. What's not to like?

Boundary is much worse then those these days. London Road isn't so bad anymore.
