The whole pre and post match needs changing. There tends to be more participation from the away section than the home as you mention. Bit more fat boy slim wouldn’t be a bad shout, The clips on the screen could also do with an update as whilst it shows very important goals in the club’s history...

Sin bins work well and have been used in the southern combination league and below for a number of years. If this is applied correctly then it gives referees a little extra that can be used for match control. Well worth giving this a go.

Horsham and District Youth league, Mid Sussex League and some of the Southern Combination already using the sin bins. Not as many issued as you would think, great tool to use when talking to players. Many more leagues will have to take it on next year. As an older referee ( yes, its out there...
