Wtf has happened to Sanchez. He’s all over the place

Maybe he is spooked having signed a huge Dutch fella in his place?

Wow Solly March. Many like him on here. First game back from injury but he doesn't offer much going forward does he. Crap ball in to Lalanna when running at their winger, followed up by by another sideways slide tackle to the same man which goes to a Burnley player. Depressing.

That was better running at Thugowski

Brighton have looked a bit more like it so far in this second half with the introduction of Lallana and others back in more familiar roles, 1-0. #BHAFC #BURBHA

I'm 56 years old and I could keep up with the pace we play the game at, it's so slow always allows defences to get organised when we attack.

Trossard had to cross that ball earlier before they we set. Our corners are miles away from goal. Proabably because they've been told to as Pope collects we our big centre backs win the first header and we have no-one in and around the goalie after that. Poor coaching/tactics.

I’m just relaxing in the fact that the opening game means nothing.

You can beat Watford 3-0 away on the first day and it doesn’t mean you are going to run away with the league.

Young player who has never played an away game in the Prem with a full stadium

Yes, worth noting two out of two home wins so far and every home team winning now except Everton. Palace 3 down. Crowds a big factor.

Nevertheless, I hope confidence isn't also coming in to it as was at fault for both goals last week IMO

Just as well that Watford are currently beating Villa 3-0

We have not even had a sniff of a decent chance yes it’s the first game but still depressing

I think it’s the lack of exciting new players, we look devoid of inner inspiration and adrenaline - things that new players bring to freshen a club. Mwepu aside, a Davy replacement, we’ve stood still and look pedestrian for it.

It’s hard to see much changing. GP has a very, very tough job ahead of him....

It’s a shame as we could have kicked on a little bit, but I guess the stability of the club is more important.
