That looks a lot like one of the official photographers in the face but can't see that being him. Surely somebody will know who that is?! (If it's a player - it could well just be a family friend or agent etc)

It looked as if he was with an agent. I have pictures of all of them however thay was the best of what I thought to be a potential player.

Barber spoke with him and then bloom went down and had a much longer chat. It may be nothing and I might be wrong. However i have no clue who it might be. However bloom doesnt usually stick around and chat after games he gets up and shoots off to wherever he goes.

Do we normally sign anyone on a matchday?

I wouldn't be holding out any hopes until the end of the window now. We're obviously waiting for some kind of chain reaction of players leaving other clubs which will happen 31st August or at least a couple days leading up to it.

Unless of course the club fancy unveiling another gem like AK before then.

I suggested looking at Jolyen Lescott on 1 yr contract but was told he was past it and his legs had gone but it appears that he is going to sign for Sunderland.

Good. Can't think of a much worse signing from a team togetherness point of view whether or not his legs are gone.

Couldn't agree more. He would stick out like a sore thumb amongst this bunch of utterly top FELLAS.

Hearing that Blackburn have put a £2.5m price on Shane Duffy's head as he and former Albion target Ben Marshall have refused to extend their contracts beyond next June.
Also reported that Blackburn are closing on a deal for an un-named CB replacement.

Deal inching closer? Might explain why it's all gone so very quiet.

Jobs a good 'un! :lolol:

Marshall would of been good when we were first in for him . Good player but not what we need now.

Still need an extra CB but would have to be happy to be at least 3rd choice and prepared to not see a lot of game time.

4th Striker is absolutely essential. If we fail to get on then it will come back and haunt us
