Yeah the South Downs shades it, although in with all the 4x4 traffic and main roads the northerners do have some nice longer climbs instead of our short sharp shocks.

Everyone needs to start packing their bags.

I'm in the league - hoping for a little more success this time, but without any real belief. Does everybody spend more time trying to decide which Country to join than which riders to select?

Team name takes the longest.
Then country of representation.
After quickly selecting 8 riders, I then get completely fixated on my final 4 credit selection.

For Team Brie I'm on about my sixth rider for the coveted spot of 'unlikely to score any points'.

Evening fellow strava chums, I've got a problem...I'm off to watch le tour and do a bit of riding. Problem is I should be at work which leads me to my Question, is there a way to record my rides without uploading until I get back? I've got a couple of colleagues who follow me!

I hope they don't post on here. you'll be in trouble. :) to be fair if you use your phone or garmin they'll still show the date you rode.

Yeah I think I'm ****ed, may not record the rides...what a bummer!!
Can't you just keep them on your Garmin and load them up later, when the dust has settled?

May I suggest you're looking at this arse about face. It's not a bummer at all, in fact, liberation awaits you!

Free yourself from the numbers and enjoy the ride.

My mate at work has just ordered the Kuota Kiral (in this colour) after using one on holiday in Spain a few months back - but has had the Ultegra crank set added instead of the standard Rotor ones.

I'm jealous....Very jealous.

Pretty sure that you can set individual rides as "private" so that they don't get shared at all.

You can. IL gave me that tip and it's what I now do for the occasional rides that I still record. If you haven't set it by default though then it's easy to forget before uploading it, and if Tricky forgets it could be catatrosphic but the sounds of it.

Just found this on eBay up in East Grinstead starting at £50....anyone know anything about the Flanders brand at all? May be tempted to bid for it as I never got round to sorting out a road machine last summer!
