Great news that as I was originally going up to Forest for that game, but had to cancel due to an engagement that clashed.
I can now watch it in the comfort of my living room on the Monday evening now 😀

Of course it's the FL & Sky, and to be fair, if it wasn't for the Sky & BT Sport money there wouldn't a shiny new Amex, or possibly a BHAFC
Are you serious?
No, without Tony Bloom there wouldn't be a shiny new Amex, or state of the art training complex, and maybe, a much more inferior team.
This!

Yeah, pants I know. 10-12 matches is too many.

That said, can understand Sky wanting to show relevant matches, which the neutral might be interested in, at the business end of the season.

No-one is going to watch Bristol City v Brentford...

IMO they should only have two windows to pick games, at the start of the season and at Christmas. Any pundit worth their salt should have known that Boro, Hull, Derby and Burnley would be there or thereabouts. In fact, for a notoriously tight league the only surprises are probably that we are doing so well and QPR aren't. Add in the fact that they always show Leeds and Forest regardless and you've pretty much got your schedule. Keep the last games of the season at 12.30 for everyone so you can choose that one and Bob's your uncle. Yes there might be a title decider the week before but if its that close you won't know that 5 weeks out anyway.

Still, anyone moaning about us getting stiffed by Sky if we go up had better do a rethink. We'd be the little guys in the Prem and get to play a lot of Saturday 3pms whereas, at the moment, we're constantly moving games and charged Category A prices for a Monday game yesterday.

I know there are a lot of moans and groans, and it is bad that peoples plans are ruined, but as a slight, minor plus it does means that those who weren't going to Nottingham can see the game.

Too sensible to happen!

This "get used to it if we go up" is a typical NSC cliche that's repeated so often that some of the mongs on here assume it to be gospel.
You can file it alongside:

"All Middlesboro fans come from London"
"This is the hardest league ever"
etc

All bmuff's remaining games are 3pm on Saturday

IMO 5 weeks simply isn't enough notice.

To get train tickets at a decent rate you have to book them pretty much as soon as they become available.

In addition, we'll now have half the number of fans we would have had up there.

Take away the "3pm Saturday TV law" for final games of the season and play them then to give away fans a fair chance to get to games.

I would also suggest an 8 week rule for TV only re-arrangements.

Had the Saturday and Sunday booked off as annual leave. It is beginning to grate now the number of games moved.

Change that to less than a quarter and you'd be right, we'd take 2000 on the Saturday but less than 500 on the Monday night

7 clubs have been televised more than our current 10. We're outside the playoffs in the "TV League"

It would be interesting to see a championship table showing who has been/will be on sky and then compare to Premier League. I'm sure teams such as Norwich would not have been shown 10 times this season.

I might be wrong though!
